Buffet at Diamond Hotel

We celebrated my mom's birthday at Diamond Hotel which is located at Quintos St, Ermita, Manila. We arrived with complimentary drinks and were accompanied by the friendly staff.
It is designed along a luxurious theme that offers buffet that serves Asian, American, European and Japanese cuisine.

The place is good, like a typical buffet joint inside a 5-star hotel. Cuisine selection is not entirely wide but great. For a hotel that big, I'm thinking they should add more food variety. I started off the meal with a plate of sushi and sashimi. I also had some large mussels as well as freshly shucked oysters. The highlight of the night were the desserts. I really can’t resist having those desserts in the shot glasses, I got 10 of them that night.
The buffet starts at 6pm to 10:30pm.
Would I come back? Absolutely. Just seeing that much oysters is worth the cost of the buffet.
