7 Tips For Flawless Skin

Teenagers are becoming more insecure with their appearances and having a pimple on our face is not helping.
Want that pimple to disappear? Do these 7 tips for a more healthy and flawless looking skin! 


Cleanse 
  • Before cleansing, its important to remove any makeup that you've worn for the day. Use soft towelettes or oil to remove them without hurting the skin from the constant scrubbing. Cleansing will remove any dirt, oil or bacteria that will cause breakouts. Use a skin cleanser suited for your skin type. 
Tone
  • Many people tend to skip the toner after cleansing but its essential for you to do this step because it balances the pH of your skin and preps it for moisturizing. Look for toners without alcohol, which can severely dry your skin. 
Moisturize  
  • Its important for our skin to be hydrated. Moisturizing can prevent our skin from drying up and looking dull. We want our skin to remain soft and smooth what better way to do that is to use moisturizer. 
Apply Sunscreen 
  • Applying sunscreen when going out can be a huge help and can make your face even out your skin tone and protect it from the sun. 
Exercise
  • Exercise increases the oxygen circulating in our body which helps the skin stay vibrant and healthy.

Eat Healthy
  • Clear skin starts from within, start eating food rich in Vitamin A, E & C to have clear skin.

Sleep
  • Sleep is essential for healthy skin. Not enough sleep will make your skin look tired and older, especially with bags under your eyes.
